The service

HIRIO is browser-based software with which you create your application documents yourself: CV, cover letter, cover page and application folder, supported by artificial intelligence. It also offers tools around the application, such as matching against a job ad, company research and interview preparation, and depending on the pass AI application photos, LinkedIn optimisation and a database of headhunters.

Free access

An account is free of charge and has no fixed term. It includes the basic features, among them the CV editor and PDF export without watermark, and a limited number of applications per calendar month.

Passes

• A pass extends your account for a fixed term of 1, 3 or 6 months: more applications, further templates and features, and with Professional and Premium also AI application photos. The passes are Basic, Professional and Premium.
• You pay the price once in advance. The pass does not renew and ends automatically; there is nothing to cancel.
• Applications and AI photos are counted per 30 days.

Prices and price breakdown

Each pass has a fixed price including 19% VAT. It is broken down into a price per included application (€0.30), per AI photo (€0.80) and the tool access for the term. This breakdown is part of the contract; it is also shown on the order page.

• If you withdraw from a pass after it started immediately at your request, you pay for what you have used up to then: applications and AI photos used at the unit price, the tool access pro rata by days begun. We refund the rest; amounts are rounded down in your favour.
• The Premium pass includes a headhunter database. It is digital content: once you open it, your right of withdrawal for the pass ends. We ask you expressly beforehand and confirm it to you by email.

After a pass ends

• Your account falls back to free access. Your data is kept, and you can export it at any time.
• Applications you created with the pass can still be downloaded, but no longer changed.

Storage

HIRIO stores your CVs, applications and files. There is currently no total limit per account. Limited are the size of individual files and the slots in the photo gallery:

• CV to import: PDF or DOCX, up to 5 MB.
• Photos: JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB. Uploaded photos and AI photos share the slots in the photo gallery; how many there are per pass is shown in the feature comparison.
• Profile picture: up to 4 MB.
• References, certificates and other documents: up to 10 MB.
• Company logos: up to 5 MB.
• Attachments in messages to us: images, PDF or Word, up to 10 MB.
