• Account data: Email address, name (optional)
• CV data: Uploaded CVs and their analyzed contents
• Profile data: Professional information, skills, experience
• Photos: Uploaded and AI-generated application photos
• Application data: Job postings, cover letters, application status
• Usage data: Technically necessary data for operating the application

3. Purpose of Data Processing

• Providing and operating the HIRIO-AI platform
• Analyzing and optimizing your CV
• AI-powered generation of texts and images
• Improving our services

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Data Retention

Your data is stored as long as your account is active. After deleting your account, all personal data will be deleted within 30 days.

6. Third Parties and Data Transfer

We use the following third parties to provide our services:

• Supabase - Database and authentication (EU servers, Frankfurt)
• Vercel - Website hosting (Edge network, GDPR compliant)
• OpenAI - AI text generation (Data processing agreement in place)
• Replicate - AI image generation (Data processing agreement in place)
• Brevo - Email delivery for transactional emails and newsletters (Brevo/Sendinblue, EU servers, GDPR compliant)
• Google Analytics - Web analytics via Google Analytics (only with your consent)

7. Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies for authentication and operating the application. These cannot be disabled. Additionally, with your consent, we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand and improve how our website is used. You can change your cookie settings at any time via the link in the footer.
